Thrive in Perimenopause group coaching is an 8-week journey designed to bring you clarity, confidence, connection, community and calm as you move through this powerful life transition. We see it as a time for renewal; stepping into a shiny new version of yourself, free from constraints and liberated into the wise women you truly are. When you hit join, you are saying yes to your feminine power, joining a community of like minded women, all in this together. When we are supported we thrive, and can share our vulnerabilities, express our fears and hold space for others to do the same. The programme has the following structure: - 8 live weekly sessions with Sammy as your coach and guide - Weekly resources and activities to support your progress and evolution - Community and connection with the group through whats app. Each week will have a different focus: WEEK 1: Reframing Perimenopause: A New Beginning Discover what perimenopause really is and why it’s an opportunity. WEEK 2: Nourish to Flourish: Evidence-Based Nutrition for Perimenopause. Learn exactly what your body needs in perimenopause and why. WEEK 3: Fasting for Hormonal Harmony Understand how to “fast like a woman” and support your hormones and metabolic health. WEEK 4: Cycle-Syncing & Seasonal Living Honour the inner seasons of your cycle for balance, energy, and symptom relief. WEEK 5: Strong, Steady & Supported: Movement for Perimenopause Exercise is a non-negotiable and here you’ll learn exactly what your body needs now. WEEK 6: Sleep, Recovery & Alcohol Awareness Transform your sleep and protect your hormones through rest and recovery, plus understand the role alcohol plays. WEEK 7: Emotional Wellbeing & Nervous System Balance Emotional health is physical health and perimenopause heightens both.
