Starting this journey my health was very poor: acid reflux, bloating, arthritis, borderline high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, with higher and higher blood glucose levels. After the first week detoxing, my blood pressure was down massively to 110 /70, my acid reflux and bloating were reduced considerably, my arthritis pain was reduced by  80% and my average blood glucose had gone from 8.1mmol/L to 6.1mmol/L, and all this in ONLY 7 days. To say I am over the moon would be an understatement; Sammy has guided me through this process all the way and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to follow this programme and to understand how feeling well can feel. I have now lost 20kg and feel positive and happier than I have for years.
