Your Guide Samantha Williams; Nutritionist & Intuitive Eating Coach

Samantha is a holistic health practitioner with a passion for guiding others to a place of empowered wholeness within themselves. For 20 years she lived with an extreme, restrictive mindset around food that lead to bingeing, cravings, hormonal imbalances, menstrual problems and a disconnected relationship with her body and ultimately her authentic self. 

 

In 2020 she sought a holistic path of natural healing: Ayurvedic medicine taught her to nourish her body for optimal balance, while therapy, meditation, yoga, energy work and intuitive eating practices enabled her to make sustained long term changes to her mindset and eating psychology. The result was finding real food freedom.
